Manage and grow a book of small commercial accounts by providing proactive service, advising business owners, and solving problems within the insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Write, manage, and service small commercial accounts (under $10,000 premium)
- Service an assigned book of business
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and certificates
- Prepare submissions and work directly with carriers
- Document activity in AMS360 and AgencyZoom
- Collaborate with Producers and the commercial team
- Provide proactive service and coverage guidance to clients
Requirements
- 2 or more years of commercial lines insurance experience
- Active Michigan Property and Casualty license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Service-driven and detail oriented
- Confident working with clients and carriers
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of commercial lines insurance experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with AMS360 and AgencyZoom
