Join the Small Claims Department to manage documents, communicate with internal and external parties, and assist in collections processes with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review, format, and manage documents with accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties
• Assist in the collections process, including tracking and reporting
• Conduct skip tracing to locate individuals as needed
• Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficiency in Excel and Windows operating systems
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to review documents
• Effective communication with courts and attorneys
• Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages
• Acceptable driving record

Nice to Have

• Previous collections experience
• Familiarity with skip tracing
