Requirements
- State licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC, or equivalent
- Proficiency in general technology applications
- Experience in managing a profitable business
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with reimbursement issues and managed care environment
- Competency in using office technology applications
Qualifications
- MA, MSW, MBA, Psy.D., or PhD preferred (or BA in Nutrition, Social Work, or related field)
- 1-2 years' management experience in healthcare or behavioral healthcare (or 3-5 years' upper management experience with a BA)
Nice to Have
- Managed care credentialing
- Clinical skills in behavioral medicine or eating disorders
- Experience with budget management and P&L
- Experience with electronic medical records
