Shuttle Driver

About This Role

Safely transport customers between the parking facility and the airport while providing excellent customer service in a full-time, afternoon shift role.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
• Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
• Provide pleasant customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
• Comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Holds the applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
• Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process
• Can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand traffic signs
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
