Lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience for Thibaut Design. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop showroom staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Drive showroom sales through effective strategies and performance tracking
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand-aligned presentation
- Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and showroom operations
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance
- Partner with marketing on events, promotions, and customer engagement
Requirements
- 5-7 years of management experience in retail or showroom environments
- Proven success in sales leadership, team development, and operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with showroom technology
- Ability to be active on the showroom floor throughout the day
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of management experience in retail or showroom environments
