Shipping and Receiving Agent

About This Role

This role is responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing goods for the property's warehouse, ensuring proper inventory, verifying shipment information, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings
• Effectively and timely receive all property shipments
• Accurately inventory all items received
• Create and verify shipping documents/labels
• Document all shipping discrepancies and report as applicable
• Ensure items received match the packing lists
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries
• Effectively communicate with vendors and customers
• Follow all safety guidelines and immediately report hazards

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Ability to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by department leaders
• Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state Gaming License, if applicable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years previous work experience, preferred

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years previous work experience
• Forklift Certification
