Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-Star Service to every client, every time
- Communicate effectively with clients and dispatchers to serve needs
- Perform top quality plumbing repairs and installations
- Educate clients about their plumbing systems and solutions
- Deliver peace of mind during maintenance calls
- Work in a safety conscious environment
- Complete paperwork easily using state-of-the-art tablets and operating systems
- Help clients get the most for their money with warranty programs and easy warranty processing tasks
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems and repair skills
- At least two years of hands-on experience in plumbing
Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience in plumbing
