About This Role

Lead and manage the service department of a Cadillac dealership, overseeing a 16-bay shop and 4 advisors. Ensure top-level customer service, achieve profit goals, and foster team development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain profit and efficiency goals set by General Manager
  • Maintain CSI/NPS and retention per manufacturer
  • Conduct daily one-on-one meetings with each Service Advisor to identify strengths and potential service issues
  • Monitor automotive repair/maintenance to prevent operational delays
  • Staff and Support Service teams relative to production requirements
  • Ensure all staff are up to date on certification training
  • Assure proper repair-order flow/maximize productivity
  • Monitor/control all warranty activity to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Adhere to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
  • Conduct performance evaluations with service lane staff

Requirements

  • 3+ years of service management experience
  • New car dealership service experience
  • Documented history of success in a service managerial role
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass drug screen
  • Stable job history
  • Verifiable current job success
