Service Advisor-Tow/Haul Dispatch

About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service and manage work orders for heavy equipment and heavy-duty truck repairs. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, estimating jobs, and dispatching tow and road services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations of our customer
• Open and close work orders
• Bill work order accordingly and collect payments
• Communicate with customers during their repair process at our facility
• Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours
• Assist with or perform administrative tasks
• Scheduling customer appointments and workloads in the shop
• Estimating jobs
• Promoting our service team

Requirements

• Google work space and/or Microsoft office experience
• Good written and oral skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Exceptional organizational skills
