Provide exceptional customer service and manage work orders for heavy equipment and heavy-duty truck repairs. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, estimating jobs, and dispatching tow and road services.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to exceed the expectations of our customer
- Open and close work orders
- Bill work order accordingly and collect payments
- Communicate with customers during their repair process at our facility
- Field and set up road service and tow calls during normal business hours
- Assist with or perform administrative tasks
- Scheduling customer appointments and workloads in the shop
- Estimating jobs
- Promoting our service team
Requirements
- Google work space and/or Microsoft office experience
- Good written and oral skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Exceptional organizational skills
