- Proven experience in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Strong abilities in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Expertise in Customer Service operations and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a senior operational leadership role
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational efficiency and financial performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience in Operations Management and P&L Management; Previous experience in a senior operational leadership role
