About This Role

This role involves designing and implementing intuitive, high-impact digital experiences across various platforms. The Senior UX/UI & Web Designer will manage the full design lifecycle, from user research to polished UI, leveraging AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to uncover insights
Translate findings into wireframes, flows, and prototypes that are user-centric
Shape and maintain personas, scenarios, and journey maps to guide product vision
Champion accessibility and usability across all digital touchpoints
Continuously refine experiences based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs
Use AI tools to analyze patterns, speed up UX exploration, and support data-driven decisions
Craft visually engaging designs that elevate the brand
Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and clear style guides
Build responsive layouts and scalable components for seamless performance across devices
Collaborate with developers to ensure precise execution of designs
Maintain visual cohesion through consistent typography, color systems, and iconography
Utilize AI-assisted design tools to explore visual variations, refine components, and accelerate UI iterations
Work with Creative Directors and fellow creatives to shape ideas and deliver digital experiences
Stay current with emerging AI design technologies and integrate new approaches into the creative process

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design
Proficiency in Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify
Experience using AI-powered tools for design
Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)
Highly organized, detail-driven approach
Proactive, adaptable mindset
Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI, leading impactful digital work

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Experience working with no-code platforms
