This role involves designing intuitive and visually engaging mobile and web application interfaces using Figma for a non-profit organization. The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric experiences, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI/UX designs for mobile applications
- Design/update app icons and logos that align with the app’s mission and user experience
- Develop intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various app features and flows using Figma
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to produce high-quality UI components and seamless user experiences
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across the app's UI elements
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring designs meet current user experience standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and designing high-fidelity mockups
- Portfolio showcasing app design projects created in Figma
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on user experience
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional design tools like Adobe XD, Canva, and Photoshop
