Responsibilities
- Optimize Testing Efficiency by designing and implementing robust test processes to reduce cycle times and improve manufacturing throughput.
- Enhance Product Quality through analysis of test results and root cause identification to improve product reliability and reduce defects.
- Drive Automation Adoption by recommending and implementing automated test tools to streamline operations, minimize manual errors, and lower costs.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety by enforcing adherence to safety and manufacturing standards in all test procedures.
- Support Cross-Functional Collaboration across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to bridge gaps and foster better communication.
- Mentor and Develop Talent by coaching less experienced employees to strengthen team capabilities and promote continuous improvement.
- Innovate Test Architectures by developing and upgrading test equipment and architectures to maintain technological and market competitiveness.
- Improve Assembly-Level Testing by understanding functional tests during assembly to detect issues early and reduce downstream failures and warranty costs.
- Serve as a Manufacturing Engineer providing technical leadership and hands-on support for mechanical machinery, engine control systems, cell control systems, and associated equipment.
- Provide direct supervisory oversight for 1–3 hourly Advanced Manufacturing Associates.

Qualifications
