Senior Technical Sourcer, Engineering

About This Role

As a Senior Technical Sourcer, Engineering, you will own the top of the funnel for critical engineering hires, partnering with company leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class technical talent. This role offers high impact and autonomy in building long-term talent pipelines for a rapidly scaling conversational AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build Engineering teams
• Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the company
• Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidates
• Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness
• Operate with a "one team" mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting
• Deep exposure to engineering roles
• Proven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive markets
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profiles
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering roles

• Deep knowledge of the AI / ML / systems engineering talent landscape
• Strong network of senior engineers and technical leaders
• Ability to use data to diagnose funnel gaps and proactively unblock hiring challenges
• Sharp eye for technical talent and a clear point of view on what differentiates exceptional engineers
