About This Role

This role is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join an internal recruiting team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for ABA and healthcare positions across California. The coordinator will drive workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and hiring execution in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Recruit for various healthcare positions such as Direct Support Professionals, Job Coaches, and Behavior Respite Companions
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Meet or exceed 90% of monthly hiring targets
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing forecasts
  • Source candidates through various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and healthcare job boards
  • Build proactive pipelines for ABA, behavioral health, and healthcare positions
  • Attend career fairs and community hiring events
  • Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and other hiring metrics

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Behavioral Health Recruiter, or Full-Cycle Recruiter
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Experience recruiting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience partnering with clinical and operational leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practice
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
  • 3-4+ years of experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Behavioral Health Recruiter, or Full-Cycle Recruiter

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team
