Senior Systems & Business Analyst

About This Role

This role is a Senior Systems & Business Analyst who will own and architect the entire modern data stack (Snowflake/dbt). They will ensure data is clean, standardized, and accessible, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy, develop Tableau dashboards, and perform financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and architect of Snowflake and dbt instances, managing data flows and ensuring high availability and performance
• Set up and maintain API connections to ingest data from key sources (Marketing platforms, Shopify, Booking systems)
• Architect and maintain data warehouse integrity, building and optimizing Intermediate (INT) and Aggregate (AGG) tables
• Implement automated testing and data cleaning protocols to ensure data standardization
• Partner with Finance to build, maintain, and enhance complex revenue and forecast models
• Utilize Python and SQL for regression and ad-hoc analyses on critical business questions (Real Estate Strategy, Retail/Inventory Strategy, Client Retention, LTV, Behavioral Analysis)
• Proactively identify trends and leading indicators of business health
• Co-partner on the design and delivery of high-value Tableau dashboards for Support Center and Studio Owners
• Act as the bridge between business units, ensuring data and reporting are served promptly and accurately

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL experience
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool)
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and regression modeling
• Strong experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau
• Experience building financial models and/or working closely with FP&A and Accounting teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Economics
• 3-5 years in data science, business intelligence, etc
