- Strong knowledge of styling, customer engagement, and personalized service
- Proven sales expertise with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and upkeep of store aesthetics
- Team collaboration and leadership skills, with ability to mentor and support colleagues
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and a keen eye for current trends
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
