Senior Scheduler - Data Center

About This Role

Support confidential data center programs across the United States as a Senior Scheduling Consultant, specializing in Primavera P6, schedule analysis, and delay forensics for complex, mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and validate contractor schedules to ensure accuracy and credibility
• Perform schedule health assessments, forensic analysis, and delay evaluations
• Provide early warnings and communicate schedule risks to stakeholders
• Prepare and present schedule reports and executive-level decks
• Lead and facilitate scheduling meetings with clients, General Contractors, and project teams
• Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and recovery schedules
• Develop "what-if" scenarios to support informed decision-making
• Implement scheduling best practices and drive program-wide standardization
• Develop scheduling KPIs and dashboards
• Partner with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support ad-hoc and recurring schedule and data analysis requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6
• 1-3 years of data center or mission-critical project experience
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and installation practices
• Proven ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience reviewing TIAs and recovery schedules
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Collaborative, results-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and 1-3 years of data center or mission-critical project experience
