About This Role

Join Intercom's Revenue Operations team as a Principal Sales Operations Manager, building and scaling the enterprise operations function. You will define the operations playbook, strategically partner with the Enterprise Sales VP, and drive predictable revenue growth by optimizing systems, insights, and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Global Enterprise sales leaders, identifying opportunities and shaping data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop, support, and refine scalable operational cadences for sales forecasting, QBRs, and performance reporting.
  • Own and drive cross-functional projects leveraging industry best practices in sales forecasting, book of business, and Salesforce enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Systems, Sales Enablement, Finance, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure process and insight alignment.
  • Analyze sales performance data, developing robust dashboards and reporting frameworks, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance processes, automate workflows, and improve insight quality.
  • Ensure exceptional quality in all project deliverables, documentation, and sales enablement engagements, driving change and scalability within the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales / Field Operations
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration)
  • Exceptional analytical and data modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets expert)
  • Strong project management skills (manage multiple projects from scope to delivery)
  • Exceptional communication (clear, concise written and verbal, adept at presenting to leadership)
  • Strategic business acumen (translate sales strategy into operational plans, structured problem-solver)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales / Field Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI company

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Tableau, Clari, Gong, Outreach, SQL
  • Experience with working closely with Enterprise Sales Operations
