This Senior Sales Manager role leads the development and execution of Orient Express's commercial strategy across the Americas for its Sailing Yacht division. The position drives revenue growth and market expansion by managing key accounts and strategic partners within the luxury travel segment.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Americas sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Orient Express’s global commercial vision and objectives
- Manage strategic accounts and key partners across Americas, maximizing revenue potential and fostering long-term relationships
- Partner with the Accor Global Sales team to support sales initiatives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying regional opportunities and maximizing cross-selling across verticals
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs)
- Represent Orient Express Sailing Yacht at industry events, tradeshows, and key client engagements in the Americas
- Provide timely insights on regional market trends, account performance, and emerging opportunities
- Act as the Americas liaison, aligning regional market activities with the global sales strategy
- Collaborate with the Accor Global Sales team to coordinate joint initiatives and leverage client networks
- Partner directly with internal teams to support market-specific sales plans and account development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in luxury travel, luxury hospitality, or experiential travel sales
- Strong understanding of the Americas luxury travel market and trends
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and supporting revenue growth
- Strong network within luxury travel and lifestyle segments
- Understanding of UHNW clients and their expectations
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with global teams while managing regional priorities
- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of translating market data into actionable growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in luxury travel, luxury hospitality, or experiential travel sales
