Senior Relationship Banker

About This Role

This position is primarily responsible for executing traditional consumer banking tasks, converting customer transactions into qualified sales or referrals according to consumer bank standards, and adhering to all FNB policies. The Senior Relationship Banker will also identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process through leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
• Make appropriate recommendations when selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products & services into customer interactions.
• Utilize approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
• Assist with the management of daily sales activity, including pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring/measuring sales results.
• Complete operational duties of the branch as assigned by scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash.
• Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures.

• 1+ year of job related experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
• Knowledge of banking policies, procedures consumer products and services
• Sales and customer service skills

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• 1+ year of job related experience in a related position with banking policies, procedures consumer products and services.
