Senior Project Manager

About This Role

Lead and deliver complex software projects across the MENA region for a leading software company based in Egypt. This fully remote role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards while working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple software projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Track performance, report progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management within the software or technology sector.
• Proven experience delivering complex software or digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the software or technology sector.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree
• Arabic fluency
