About This Role

Lead material flow optimization initiatives and drive operational excellence within our warehouse and manufacturing environments. The role focuses on developing and implementing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategies, configuring and deploying Warehouse Management (WM) systems, and executing projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain PFEP for all materials to ensure optimal flow and inventory accuracy
  • Design and implement material flow strategies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization
  • Configure and support Warehouse Management (WM) system setup and integration with ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred)
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean principles and data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT) to ensure seamless execution of logistics strategies
  • Analyze material handling equipment needs and recommend solutions for efficiency and safety
  • Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to meet operational targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering or logistics within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of PFEP methodology, material flow design, and warehouse layout optimization
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WM) and ERP integration
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to influence and drive change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial engineering or logistics within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
