Senior Project Architect

About This Role

Lead the design and technical aspects of healthcare projects, ensuring quality and innovative solutions. This role balances artistic vision with pragmatic problem-solving to create functional and aesthetically pleasing healthcare environments.

• Create and Establish the Project Delivery Strategy for the client and project
• Be accountable and personally responsible for the technical drawings and specifications for a project
• Lead the production team and provide daily direction through effective communication and coordination
• Coordinate with consultants for the project
• Collaborate closely with QA/QC leaders to develop, refine, and enforce top-tier quality control systems
• Lead and facilitate client engagement during the documentation process to ensure effective decision making of technical elements
• Coordinate with and comply with all Quality Assurance and Control measures implemented at Array
• Be responsible for Regulator and Code Research and Life Safety requirements of a project
• Collaborate effectively with other disciplinary team leaders such as Planners and Interior Designers

Requirements

• Solid understanding and passion for healthcare design
