Senior Product Operations Manager - MetaMask

About This Role

This role will strengthen product and cross-functional operations for the MetaMask platform, helping teams consistently deliver high-quality products while enhancing revenue and achieving key product KPIs through continuous improvement. The Senior Product Operations Manager will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to streamline product development and ensure initiatives launch smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency and quality across teams
• Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives
• Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Release teams
• Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to improve async communication, visibility, and execution
• Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization
• Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks
• Contribute to raising overall product team maturity, quality standards, and execution discipline across teams

• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement
• Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple time zones
• Strong hands-on experience on the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven, scaling organization

Nice to Have

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing technology start-up
• A Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)
• Experience in crypto or web3 environments
