Senior Product Manager – Emerging Technologies

About This Role

This Senior Product Manager role leads the strategy and execution of AI-driven solutions to revolutionize healthcare operations, specifically leveraging Generative AI to boost efficiency in Provider Operations and Coverage Review. Responsibilities include gaining functional business knowledge, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring strategic alignment to drive value targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Empowered Product Team(s) (EPTs) consisting of product, technology, and operations personnel
• Develop solution approaches aligned with leadership vision
• Drive product development to achieve value targets
• Create, maintain, and present Product Solution Design documents to leadership and matrix partners
• Identify and mitigate major risks and issues to product outcomes with technology partners
• Drive synergies between products and aligned EPTs
• Collaborate with Product Managers in the provider pillar to ensure solution and capability alignment
• Partner with the AI Center of Enablement to define and implement Generative AI integration strategy
• Overcome obstacles in Generative AI deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years product development/strategy for technology-based products
• 1+ years experience with Generative AI powered applications
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI agent architecture, and LLM foundations
• Ability to evaluate problems and recommend appropriate problem-technology alignment solutions
• Fast learner, quickly gaining functional understanding of new areas
• Ability to work comfortably with all levels of management including senior and executive leadership
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive results
• Experience in the healthcare space, specifically provider claims and/or provider data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, analytics, computer science or alternative STEM field preferred; bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience developing products and/or defining product strategy for technology-based products, with 1+ year experience with Generative AI powered applications
