About This Role

The Senior People Technologies Analyst will support Workday HCM within a global HRIS team, leading complex projects and enhancements. This role involves designing, implementing, and improving Workday processes to meet business needs and ensure compliance with data processing laws.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, document, continuously improve, and test Workday processes and procedures
  • Collate and manage a list of change/enhancement requests and ensure delivered technology solutions meet business needs
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Global People System
  • Support People Team initiatives and proactively advise on implications of organizational changes on business processes, reporting tools, and data structures
  • Work closely with the Global Information Governance Leader to ensure technical solutions remain compliant with local data processing laws
  • Own and drive HR Technology related projects comprising internal and external team members
  • Manage the project life cycle of global projects from initiation to delivery and post-implementation support
  • Actively participate in Workday Community to understand new functionality and best practice solutions

Requirements

  • Proficient in Workday HCM (previous experience required)
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Committed to follow and enhance standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Ability to problem-solve and drive solutions to complex requirements
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience Managing and Supporting a complex HRIS environment (Workday)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent modules
  • Experience working within a complex multinational matrix organization
