This Senior People Business Partner will strategically support Tekion's Product and Engineering functions, aligning people strategies with business goals, leading organizational design, and developing compensation programs. The role drives business outcomes through talent strategies, organizational design, and compensation programs for high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering executives, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to support scaling and transformation
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making on talent, performance, and engagement
- Partner with Total Rewards to design and implement competitive compensation structures for Product and Engineering roles
- Advise on incentive plan design, quota-linked compensation, and sales performance alignment
- Ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, and compliance across global Product, Learning, and Engineering
- Drive performance management, career development, and leadership enablement programs
- Support calibration processes, promotion cycles, and succession planning with a lens on business impact
- Lead change initiatives tied to organizational shifts, including M&A
- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and leadership development
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- 5+ years supporting Product and Engineering business units
- Proven success in partnering with senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of compensation strategy, incentive design, and program implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using people data to influence decisions
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Lattice, Workday, or similar) and programmatic HR delivery
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with at least 5 years supporting Product and Engineering business units
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or other subscription-based business models
- Familiarity with Product, Engineering roles and compensation models
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
- Experience working with India and offshore leaders and partners
