Senior P&C Insurance Sales Executive

About This Role

Drive new business and manage existing accounts within the insurance sector, utilizing sales and marketing tools to meet established quotas. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with client services, and mentoring less experienced producers.

Responsibilities

• Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Utilize Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business
• Act as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus/specialization to ensure the highest probability of long-term success
• Continually manage a book of business to support high renewal rates
• Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts
• Work closely with less seasoned Producers to mentor the sales and production cycle to ensure success
• Maintain a notable book of business worth $500,000 in agency commissions/revenue year-over-year
• Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform

Requirements

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
• 5+ years in an Insurance sales role
• Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication
