Own and scale Snorkel’s external supply partnerships, primarily focusing on BPO relationships, to augment the expert contributor network and ensure global coverage. Define partnership strategy, manage relationships end-to-end, and uphold Snorkel’s quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale Snorkel’s BPO and supply partner ecosystem to support global, 24/7 delivery
- Define and execute the strategy for partner expansion, ensuring balanced geographic coverage and reduced concentration risk
- Manage partner relationships end to end, including quality standards, performance tracking, communication, and regular operating cadences
- Establish and maintain clear commercial terms, contracts, and expectations in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Design and oversee a scalable, systematized onboarding experience for partners and contributors
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and EC Experience to improve tasking workflows and contributor experience
- Track and report on key supply metrics (capacity, quality, cost, utilization) and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, supply chain, vendor management, or a related role
- Proven experience managing BPOs or external partners at scale
- Strong operational and execution mindset, with the ability to set strategy and deliver results
- Experience holding partners to high quality and performance standards
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, supply chain, vendor management, or a related role
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting global or 24/7 operations
- Familiarity with marketplaces, contributor platforms, or crowdsourced labor models
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
