Directly promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' oncology products and manage business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned territory, implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Directly promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ products
- Develop and manage business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned geographical territory
- Implement Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ marketing strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
- Possess strong sales analytics capabilities and understanding of prescribing/purchasing decision processes
- Gain understanding of customer needs through thorough research and analysis
- Identify key stakeholders within accounts and understand their roles, priorities, and patient needs
- Leverage all available resources including dashboards, alerts, and omnichannel reports
- Provide timely feedback to cross-functional partners and regional sales manager regarding account business trends
- Define clear, measurable objectives aligning with company and customer goals
- Develop and implement customized account strategic plans with clear next steps and appropriate resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to align and execute account strategies
- Educate physicians and other healthcare professionals about Jazz Pharmaceuticals products and indications
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate territory records
Requirements
- Experience in Oncology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an effective presentation style
- Ability to meet territorial travel requirements
Qualifications
- Four-year college/university degree
- Minimum of 5 years in the oncology market
Nice to Have
- Post-graduate business school study, training
- Strong clinical, technical and scientific knowledge of product(s) and applicable disease states
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive a strategic account business plan
- Strong key account management experience in complex academic and community accounts
- Demonstrated history of strong business acumen, problem solving, effective prioritization, account management and effective sales data analytics skills
- Skillful in fostering teamwork and collaboration in cross-functional account management
- Results oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach to driving sales growth
- Experience with GI, HER2 landscape, biomarker driven therapeutics and/or Lung Cancer
- Key Account & Market dynamics knowledge
