Senior OCM Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a senior-level, execution-focused Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant responsible for leading OCM workstreams on large, multi-workstream programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs
• Provide continuity from change planning through hands-on implementation oversight
• Operate independently alongside other team members across critical path initiatives
• Ensure effective adoption, stakeholder alignment, and sustained outcomes
• Work on communications and messaging across multiple projects in parallel
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement at enterprise scale
• Perform change impact assessments tied to future-state processes
• Execute OCM (Communications, Engagement, Sponsorship, Training) strategy aligned to program/project roadmaps
• Provide committee and workgroup support
• Prepare executive-ready updates and materials

Requirements

• 8+ years leading OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs
• Public sector transformation experience (state preferred)
• OCM Experience from planning through implementation oversight
• Prior OCM Lead on efforts with delivery accountability
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading OCM workstream on large, multi-workstream programs.

• PMP or project-management-adjacent certification
