Design and implement compensation programs and activities to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness. Manage annual compensation processes, analyze market trends, and provide guidance on total rewards policies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation programs and activities to meet organizational objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Manage and support the business to run annual recurring processes across the region
- Provide guidance to specific functional areas, analyzing market trends and developing recommendations
- Assist with the annual market analysis of all jobs to facilitate the annual compensation plan
- Evaluate new and revised jobs, assigning global job level and ensuring consistency within global job architecture
- Provide advice and counsel to HRBPs and management on compensation-related issues
- Participate in or lead global Total Rewards & Mobility CoE projects and other initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policy regarding fair and equitable pay positioning, fairness, transparency, and consistency
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 11+ years of relevant experience with High School Diploma/GED OR 7+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of progressively responsible experience within Human Resources, preferably in Total Rewards functions
- 3+ years of compensation experience
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively in a team environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated leadership skills and cross-functional team facilitation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of compensation theory, techniques, and practices
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience within Human Resources, preferably within Total Rewards functions; a minimum of 3 years of compensation experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Advanced degree
- North America pharmaceutical compensation experience
- Compensation system experience (e.g., Success Factors, Market Pay, SAP HR)
