Senior New Vehicle Buyer – Export Division

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior New Vehicle Buyer to source new and late-model vehicles from U.S. franchised dealerships for international export markets, ensuring compliance and operational precision. This role involves developing nationwide dealer relationships, negotiating deals, and managing the full acquisition process from purchase to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source new vehicles from U.S. franchised dealerships for export
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships nationwide
• Negotiate pricing, dealer discounts, rebates, and fleet incentives
• Manage fleet orders and allocation strategies
• Oversee and follow up on MSOs and Titles, Registrations and temporary tags, Delivery schedules, and Transport coordination
• Ensure compliance with OEM, dealer, and state regulations
• Monitor allocation opportunities, rebate programs, and pricing trends
• Identify high-demand trims and configurations for export markets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience purchasing new vehicles from U.S. dealerships
• Strong knowledge of fleet ordering processes, OEM incentive programs, dealer rebate structures, and Title & registration procedures
• Proven ability to negotiate volume deals
