Lead day-to-day network operations and strategic initiatives for a growing embedded finance company, working with card networks, banks, and internal teams. The role focuses on project implementations, performance analysis, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day network operations with Highnote's partner networks and banks
- Initiate and manage project implementations with card networks, including BIN setup and migrations
- Analyze network and bank reports to identify errors and improve internal reporting
- Establish strong relationships with counterparts at card networks and sponsor banks
- Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding network projects and issues with internal teams
- Partner with internal teams (Business Operations, BI, Data, Implementation, Finance) on network operations activities
- Seek process improvements, develop and drive requirements for automation and data analysis
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience working with the card networks
- Prior experience at a Card Network, Bank, Gateway or Processor
- Detailed understanding of card networks and managing operational relationships
- Deep understanding of network forms, terminology, and codes
- Card Issuing and Acquiring experience
- Self-starter with outrageous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience working with card networks
