Senior Network Operations Manager

About This Role

Lead day-to-day network operations and strategic initiatives for a growing embedded finance company, working with card networks, banks, and internal teams. The role focuses on project implementations, performance analysis, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day network operations with Highnote's partner networks and banks
• Initiate and manage project implementations with card networks, including BIN setup and migrations
• Analyze network and bank reports to identify errors and improve internal reporting
• Establish strong relationships with counterparts at card networks and sponsor banks
• Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding network projects and issues with internal teams
• Partner with internal teams (Business Operations, BI, Data, Implementation, Finance) on network operations activities
• Seek process improvements, develop and drive requirements for automation and data analysis

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience working with the card networks
• Prior experience at a Card Network, Bank, Gateway or Processor
• Detailed understanding of card networks and managing operational relationships
• Deep understanding of network forms, terminology, and codes
• Card Issuing and Acquiring experience
• Self-starter with outrageous attention to detail

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience working with card networks
