Senior Manager - Technology Implementation Consultant

Lead complex technology implementation projects for clients, managing communications, scope, schedules, risks, and resources to achieve measurable results. Influence firm trajectory, grow client accounts, and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects, managing communications, project scope, schedules, risks, and resource planning
• Set direction for the project team and serve as the main point of contact for the client
• Plan, organize, track, and drive technical teams
• Grow client accounts through developing relationships and demonstrating value
• Contribute to the growth of the firm in areas like account development, practice areas, recruiting, mentoring, or internal initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years performing in a project manager role
• 10+ years of total experience
• 6+ years with a premier consulting firm
• Experience as a project (or program) manager on fast-paced, complex projects
• Ability to manage blended resource teams and achieve measurable results
• Hands-on approach to client delivery and detail-oriented
• Experience working in the Agile methodology (planning/running sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, leading scrum teams)
• Technology implementation experience (data, ERP, CRM, Cloud-based Apps, e-Commerce, or other digital)
• Process optimization project experience
• Organizational change management or user adoption experience
• Ability to win project extensions and reassignments by building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years in a project manager role and 6+ years with a premier consulting firm
