Senior Manager Sourcing and Procurement

About This Role

This role is responsible for leading global sourcing and procurement functions, establishing supplier relationships, and managing sourcing events. The Senior Manager will define and implement procurement strategies to drive value across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a new center-led procurement organization
• Define and maintain an enterprise-wide procurement strategy and roadmap
• Develop and implement a global procurement operation strategy that demonstrates value tied to P&L
• Build comprehensive sourcing strategy and process
• Lead sourcing capabilities and sourcing events
• Oversee company's sourcing capabilities and supply chain
• Analyze existing supplier products and services in alignment with Company Vision
• Analyze supplier performance in alignment with market trends
• Find and evaluate suppliers, products, and services
• Negotiate contracts and acquire cost-efficient deals without compromising quality
• Create a buying strategy based on company budget and necessary supplies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role
• Minimum 5 years management experience
• Salesforce or other enterprise Sourcing/Procurement software experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role and minimum 5 years management experience
