About This Role

As a Senior Manager, Fund Administration (ManCo), you will be a critical partner to clients, managing relationships and ensuring superior management company accounting and reporting services for private market managers. You will influence service offerings and contribute to process improvement to provide a best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct client relationships to ensure an outstanding and proactive service experience.
  • Serve as a technical accounting expert, providing critical advisory support on significant business and accounting decisions.
  • Oversee and execute complex accounting, analytical, and financial reporting duties.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate completion of client and investor deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and verification of external client and regulatory reporting packages.
  • Facilitate annual external audits, including preparing initial draft reports, schedules, and disclosures.
  • Manage PBC (Prepared By Client) list and tax documentation for audits.
  • Research and assist in interpreting the impact of emerging accounting developments on client reporting and business processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/fund accounting or public accounting audit
  • Direct exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
  • Proven experience with month-end close processes (variance analysis, accruals, accounts payable, account receivable, payroll)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and preparing monthly and annual financial reporting
  • Experience working with auditors to produce audited financial statements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate/fund accounting or public accounting audit, with direct exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds.
