About This Role

This role will support Krispy Kreme's Brand Strategy team by developing and executing brand strategies focused on Market Optimization, Fundraising, and Local Shop Marketing. The Senior Manager will analyze business performance, drive growth initiatives, and optimize shop operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Marketing Insights & Analytics, and Operations to de-average the business and build scorecards for DMA understanding and national calendar performance
  • Utilize scorecards to prioritize DMAs for analysis, sharing methodology and gaining cross-functional and executive alignment
  • Complete analyses on prioritized markets, including sales, traffic, customer, competitive, and pricing elasticity reviews
  • Serve as cross-functional lead in priority markets to identify and test levers for growth and SSS delivery, including Operations improvements, Local Shop Marketing, and Pricing
  • Oversee and partner with direct report to plan and execute LSM efforts
  • Lead Krispy Kreme marketing franchisee relations and support franchisees with marketing efforts
  • Own the development and execution of annual and long-term strategy and planning for the Fundraising business
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of consumer, category, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities for Fundraising
  • Own and manage relationships with key third-party vendors and partners for Fundraising
  • Lead critical local marketing initiatives, including new market entries and new shop openings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible, relevant experience across brand marketing, field marketing, performance marketing, operations, business and/or analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing large data sets incorporating both quantitative and qualitative information
  • Previous experience or exposure to forecasting and modeling
  • Talent for translating complex business objectives and problems into simple, comprehensive solutions
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high pressure and continuously evolving environment
  • Ability to influence and lead change with peers and senior leadership
  • Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible, relevant experience across brand marketing, field marketing, performance marketing, operations, business and/or analytics
