Senior Manager, Agent Implementation

About This Role

The Senior Manager, Agent Implementation will establish and execute departmental plans and objectives to enhance agent engagement, productivity, and efficiency, thereby driving product sales according to profit and growth strategies. This role involves cross-divisional and field collaboration to foster partner relationships that facilitate agent implementation through various learning solutions and programs. Reporting to the Director of Agency Business Development, this position focuses on continuous development and support for agency business owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions and programs for agency business owners based on strategic initiatives and evolving business needs.
• Establish and implement departmental plans and strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Lead a team that collaborates with field leadership to develop and facilitate cohort-based training solutions.
• Oversee the review and enhancement of training opportunities for agents.
• Cultivate a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting ongoing development.
• Lead with influence and expertise, contributing to the division or department leadership team and communicating organizational mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
• Create a positive work environment by developing strategy, setting clear goals, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance, and maintaining open communications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated effective leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
• Solid knowledge and understanding of agents business environment
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, delivering & facilitating training and learning programs
• Solid knowledge and understanding of state licensing and continuing education requirements for producers of property and casualty insurance products
• Extensive knowledge of instructional models and experience developing online, digital content
