This role is for an experienced legal marketing and business development professional to support litigation and transactional practices for marquee clients. The professional will partner with top-tier lawyers to drive growth and enhance market presence within the legal sector.
Responsibilities
- Support complex commercial, securities, and M&A-related litigation practices
- Develop pitches, credentials, and tailored client materials for active matters
- Write submissions for leading litigation directories and surveys
- Monitor filings, trends, and analytics to identify new business opportunities
- Support public company and private equity M&A practices
- Position deal experience through pitches, thought leadership, and market outreach
- Analyze company, market, and competitor data to support client targeting
- Manage events, sponsorships, and strategic initiatives
