About This Role

Lead luxury residential and boutique hospitality interior design projects from concept through completion, managing client relationships and mentoring junior designers. This role involves overseeing project initiatives, ensuring the delivery of world-class interiors, and maintaining high standards for a prestigious design and architecture firm.

Responsibilities

Lead projects independently from concept through completion
Oversee multiple high-profile initiatives
Serve as a key point of contact for clients
Mentor junior designers
Manage project teams
Ensure the delivery of world-class interiors that meet the firm’s exacting standards
Direct the full interior design process, from conceptual development to on-site implementation
Manage budgets, timelines, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors
Oversee material selection, finishes, and bespoke joinery
Source high-end FF&E

Requirements

7+ years experience in luxury residential & boutique hospitality projects
Dynamic design leader with proven track record of managing high-end projects locally and internationally
Comprehensive experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects
Strong ability to manage complex projects independently
Deep understanding of construction documentation, building codes, and high-quality interior detailing
Expertise in materiality, fabrication processes, and integrating custom FF&E
