Senior HR Program Manager

About This Role

Lead major workforce initiatives, transforming conceptual ideas into actionable plans and ensuring cross-functional teams and leadership remain aligned. Design HR solutions, manage change for stakeholders, and track progress to achieve tangible results within the Human Resources strategy and implementation team.

Requirements

• 6 years professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background
• Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related (preferred)
• 6 years professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background

Nice to Have

• Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization
