Senior Growth Manager, RWA

About This Role

This role involves building the Institutional marketplace for Chainlink's ecosystem, focusing on strategy and execution for onboarding and expanding institutional adoption. The Senior Growth Manager will originate, negotiate, and close deals connecting traditional finance with asset servicing and liquidity growth partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify FinTech/TradFi use cases where Chainlink's core solutions can provide value
• Present FinTech/TradFi with a fully integrated distribution strategy for seamless onboarding and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, legal, compliance) to execute institutional DeFi initiatives
• Represent Chainlink Labs at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale support
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on blockchain-based investment vehicles and tokenisation benefits
• Develop tailored proposals, product demonstrations, and pitch materials for institutional audiences
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, compliance providers, tokenisation platforms, ecosystem DAOs
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to co-develop and co-market tokenised products or bundled solutions
• Identify ecosystem advantages and network effects that align with client use cases or investment strategies

Requirements

• Deep understanding of FinTech, TradFi and DeFi
• Exceptional business development, relationship management, and technical acumen
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements
• Experience working for or with web3 technologies, with a deep understanding of tokenisation workflows and value chain
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for innovation
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for institutional DeFi
• Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of blockchain technology and DeFi protocols
• Understanding of business drivers of various participants and experience putting together multi-partite deals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in FinTech, institutional finance, business development, or related fields

Nice to Have

• Tokenisation industry expertise (strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management)
• Solid experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
