As a Senior Full Stack Web Engineer on the Growth team, you will build and ship high-impact growth projects, improve the Webflow setup, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship high-impact growth projects like landing page systems, ROI calculators, or API-driven experiences that directly support acquisition and conversion goals.
- Own and level up the Webflow setup & improve performance, maintainability, and workflows to launch new pages and experiments faster.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product to translate ideas into fast, polished web experiences.
- Help lay the foundation for scalable, high-velocity growth, improving documentation, processes, and systems.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack web development
- Experience with Webflow or similar low-code platforms
- Strong in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with React or Vue
- Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and analytics tools
- Good sense for design and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools (like Claude, Cursor, etc)
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack web development
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion/animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie)
- TypeScript experience
- Knack for refining Figma designs into polished builds
