Senior Fulfillment Operations Manager

About This Role

This role involves leading and optimizing fulfillment operations for a fast-growing ecommerce company, overseeing logistics, driving process improvements, and managing a team of operations managers to ensure efficient delivery and high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are within tolerance, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
• Drive and ensure compliance with all Spreetail Fulfillment Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide recommendations on future equipment and optimization of technology.
• Effectively lead multiple Operations Managers and Area Managers.
• Ensure the optimization of freight flow throughout the entire facility.
• Own and drive continuous improvement projects to optimize FC processes.
• Ensure proper labor planning is completed at multiple facilities.
• Manage domestic and international inbound freight and daily on-time shipping expectations.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead a positive and collaborative culture.
• Thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience
• Intermediate level computer proficiency
• Proficient in Excel
• Plan forecasting and analysis
• Process mapping and SOP documentation ability
• Scorecard and dashboard performance management
• Individual development plan(s) management
• Proven ability to develop and promote entry-level talent

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Warehouse Management Experience
