Senior Financial Analyst - GTM III

About This Role

Support revenue forecasting, topline reporting, and performance tracking for the GTM Finance team at Fivetran, a company that provides data integration solutions. Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate reporting and high-quality decision support and grow into a strategic finance leader.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve forecast models, support scenario planning, and assist with executive forecast reviews
• Prepare forecast-to-actuals packages, flash reporting, and topline performance narratives during month/quarter close
• Track and analyze key revenue and customer KPIs, including NRR, churn, and pipeline conversion
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting and metrics
• Execute ad hoc analyses on pricing, channel efficiency, and new business opportunities
• Help build and improve forecasting tools, dashboards, and reporting processes at scale

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or business analytics
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills
• Sharp attention to data hygiene and modeling logic
• Comfort navigating financial statements and revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, etc.)
• Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or business analytics

• Experience at a SaaS company
• Exposure to planning systems (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive)
• Exposure to Salesforce
• Exposure to Looker
