This role is responsible for the administration of Private Equity Limited Partnerships, including quarterly and annual reporting, valuations, capital calls, and distributions. The Senior Finance Associate will support investor relations and work on projects to enhance team and firm products.
Responsibilities
- Administer Private Equity Limited Partnerships
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP Basis Reporting
- Coordinate Annual US GAAP Basis Audit
- Manage Valuations
- Process Capital Calls and Distributions
- Oversee Cash Management
- Respond to LP Requests
- Support Investor Relations
- Support, Understand and Document Investment Transactions
- Calculate Carry
Requirements
- 2-4 years accounting experience
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail
- Creative problem solving ability and sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years accounting experience
