About This Role

Provide advanced technical support and ownership of complex incidents across Cloud-native platforms, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and reliability for a long-term contract role at Tror - AI for everyone.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, cloud-native applications using Python / Node.js / .NET Core, following clean architecture and SOLID principles
Design, implement, and version RESTful API and GraphQL with emphasis on performance and security
Build production-grade services with backend frameworks like Express or ASP.NET Core
Work with AWS services including Glue, EKS, Athena, S3, ECS, and ASG for monitoring, validation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
Utilize AWS Serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB for log analysis and issue resolution
Design, review, and troubleshoot infrastructure deployments using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes, including advanced pod/service troubleshooting
Design CI/CD pipelines, perform failure analysis, and coordinate releases using Git Flow
Conduct end-to-end system analysis and incident root cause analysis for Microservices and event-driven architectures
Provide L3 support resolution and mentorship to L2 teams

Requirements

7+ years experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications using Python / Node.js / .NET Core with clean architecture and SOLID principles
Strong experience in RESTful API and GraphQL design, implementation, versioning, and backward compatibility, with emphasis on performance and security
Hands-on experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Express, ASP.NET Core) and building production-grade services
7+ years of experience with AWS services including Glue, EKS, Athena, S3, ECS, and ASG, with strong capabilities in monitoring, validation, deep-dive troubleshooting, and advanced incident resolution
7+ years of experience working with AWS Serverless services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
7+ years of experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
7+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes
7+ years of experience with Git Flow and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Microservices and event-driven architectures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
12-15 years of experience, with 7+ years in scalable cloud-native application development and AWS services

Nice to Have

Experience in frontend or full-stack development using modern frameworks such as React / Angular / Next.js
Scripting (Python/Bash) skills
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
Understanding of security, networking, and compliance best practices
Experience in incident management, documentation, and mentoring L2 teams
Exposure to data platforms and analytics workloads
Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
