As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction by managing multiple accounts and identifying innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main liaison
- Identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and achieve measurable results
- Develop strategic plans to communicate new ideas and cross-sell ZAG services
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives
- Stay up to date on ZAG services, industry technologies, and trends
- Provide capacity planning for client initiatives
- Manage Zoho CRM account data
- Track hours used for each client and report internally and to clients
- Produce statements of work and requirements gathering documentation
- Report directly to the AVP of Account Management
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital account management, digital agency or related roles
- Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital account management, digital agency or related roles.
